Upload and search product files
What this accomplishes
Section titled “What this accomplishes”Builds a searchable library of product PDFs, spreadsheets, and images for your company.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Product Data Library feature enabled
- Signed in to the company that owns the library
Open the library
Section titled “Open the library”- On the dashboard toolbar, select Product Data Library.
- You land on All files at
/drive/home(empty state: No files yet). - Open a folder at
/drive/folders/{folderUUID}after creating one.
Upload and organize
Section titled “Upload and organize”- Select New Folder to create a folder.
- Select Upload Files or Upload Folder.
- Allowed file types include PDF, Excel (
.xls/.xlsx), and common raster images. SVG is not supported. - Wait for processing/indexing to finish before relying on search.
Search
Section titled “Search”- Use the Search… field in the drive header.
- Use AI product search overview results when shown to jump to matching product content.
Expected result
Section titled “Expected result”Files appear in All files / folders and become searchable for Product Data Library and related Bob GPT / submittal flows.
