Include pages for takeoff
What this accomplishes
Section titled “What this accomplishes”Controls which pages are available in takeoff. Only Included pages are intended for measurement work.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Files uploaded and processed
- Edit access on the workspace
- Open Files for the project.
- Select a file to view its pages.
- Toggle individual pages between Included and Excluded.
- Optionally use Include all or Exclude all for the current file.
- Use select-all / include-all controls when you want every page across files included.
Shift-click can include/exclude a contiguous range of pages when using the page inclusion controls.
Expected result
Section titled “Expected result”The Files UI shows how many pages are included (for example N included in all files). The project dashboard takeoff section reflects included page counts. Opening Takeoff lists those pages.
Cautions
Section titled “Cautions”- If no pages are included, the project dashboard may show No pages included for takeoff.
- Excluding a page hides it from normal takeoff navigation; existing measurements on that page are not a reason to leave it included unless you still need them.
