Paid vs free seats

If you see You’ve reached your paid seat limit, ask support to add seats or assign a free role.
Subscription states that affect the product
Section titled “Subscription states that affect the product”Depending on your subscription status, the product may:
- Allow normal editing (Active / trial with allowed features)
- Become read-only when a subscription is paused or canceled (writes blocked)
- Block access entirely after a canceled subscription grace period ends
Trial accounts may have team management writes restricted.
Self-serve billing UI
Section titled “Self-serve billing UI”A dedicated in-app billing page route exists, but customer-facing invoice management in the web app is limited. Company Admins should contact their Bobyard account manager for plan changes, invoices, and seat expansions.
Registration collects a billing contact (name, email, phone) when you create a new company.
