Reset your password

Resets the password for your Bobyard account when you cannot sign in.

  1. On the sign-in page, select Reset password, or open /reset-password-request.
  2. Enter the email for your account.
  3. Submit the Reset Password request.
  4. Open the reset link from your email (path /reset-password/{token}).
  5. Enter and confirm a new password, then save.

You can sign in with the new password.

  • If the email is not registered, the app may show that the email does not exist in the system.
  • Use the same email address your company invited or that you used at registration.
