Reset your password
What this accomplishes
Section titled “What this accomplishes”Resets the password for your Bobyard account when you cannot sign in.
- On the sign-in page, select Reset password, or open
/reset-password-request. - Enter the email for your account.
- Submit the Reset Password request.
- Open the reset link from your email (path
/reset-password/{token}). - Enter and confirm a new password, then save.
Expected result
Section titled “Expected result”You can sign in with the new password.
- If the email is not registered, the app may show that the email does not exist in the system.
- Use the same email address your company invited or that you used at registration.
